Refund Policy

Verida AFI LTD

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy applies to the crypto-forensics and fund recovery services provided under the terms of the signed agreement between Verida AFI LTD ("Service Provider") and the Client.

By signing the service agreement, the Client acknowledges and accepts this Refund Policy.

2. Payment Terms Overview

As per the service agreement:

• The Client pays only after successful recovery of funds.
• The Service Provider’s fee is 5% of the total amount recovered.
• Payment is due within 10 working days after the recovered funds are credited to the Client's account.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested in the following situations:

• Payments made for successfully recovered funds.
• Payments covering pre-approved additional expenses (third-party legal fees, court fees, etc.).
• Payments made after substantial services were delivered as detailed in the agreement.

These payments are refundable, unless:

• The Client withdraws after services have started.
• The Client fails to provide necessary cooperation or documentation, leading to service limitations or failures.

In such cases, the above payments will become non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and must include:

• Full name and case number.
• Payment details.
• Reason for refund request.

All refund requests will be acknowledged within 5 working days and reviewed within 14 working days.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
